Runway Travel is a delight to work with.  I have very specific travel preferences and they are very patient planning trips that meet them.  Additionally, they are highly responsive, knowledgeable, kind and positive - all traits important to me for a travel agent.   We most recently had a wonderful trip to Sandy Lane in Barbados. Jessica at Runway Travel is awesome!! We have used Jessica with Runway Travel for a few of our trips, and the service and accommodations she has recommended have been outstanding. We just recently took a short notice trip to Florida, starting in Naples, going to Palm Beach, and finishing up in Savannah, Georgia. We contacted Jessica, and one day she helped set up accommodations at all three spots. All three of the accommodations that she recommended in these places were very nice. We cannot say enough good things about Jennifer and the incredible role she played in our wedding, “buddymoon”, and honeymoon planning. We had an incredible experience working with Jessica and her team to plan our honeymoon! Jennifer Waigand was instrumental in helping my husband, son and I plan a trip of a lifetime. With her tremendous travel knowledge she put together an amazing trip to Rome, Venice and Milan. We gave Jennifer a list of places we were interested in visiting and she created a marvelous trip plan. She provided us with a very detailed reference folder and itinerary. Every hotel was centrally located to places of interest and entertainment. Tours were booked, travel was arranged and guides were secured to make our days stress free and enjoyable.  Jennifer also provided an extensive list of various restaurants in each city along with other places of interest to visit. Throughout the year of planning Jennifer was always easily accessible to communicate with. She would get back to us right away with answers to our questions.
