Our vacation was absolutely wonderful from start to finish, and we owe so much of that experience to our amazing travel agent – Jessica Griscavage. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, from the accommodations and transportation to the activities and helpful recommendations. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and we always felt informed, supported, and completely at ease. The itinerary was perfectly balanced, allowing us to enjoy memorable experiences while still having time to relax. Jessica’s knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care made the entire trip feel effortless and truly special. We cannot recommend Runway Travel highly enough and will absolutely trust them to plan our future vacations!

Jennifer Waigand did a fantastic job planning my recent trip to Italy! All of her hotel selections and personalized service made our trip seamless, stress free and absolutely amazing! She was always available to answer questions, tweak the itinerary and recommend excursions that were so fun!! We couldn’t have asked for anything more!! I would highly recommend her and can’t wait to plan my next trip with Jennifer!!

Jessica set me up with a hut-to-hut adventure in the Dolomite mountains. She gathered all my information and quickly put this amazing trip together. There is no way I could have done this without her. This is my first travel experience with Jessica and her team, and it will not be the last. I can't wait to send her my next adventure.

My first time using a planner, and it was definitely worth it. Michelle planned each step of the trip, she gave us incredible insight, and we would have missed so much had we not used her services

Very detail was taken care of. We just need to show up!!

We are using her for another trip this month! Can’t wait.

We worked with Maria at Runway Travel for our cruise to Alaska. It was our first cruise and we had a lot of questions for her about cruising in general. She was always friendly and very helpful in both helping us choose the best option for us as well as very informative on what we could expect with the boarding process and how to access the excursions offered by the cruise. She assisted with every aspect of our flights, hotel accommodations and travel to/from airport-hotel and hotel-airport. We had a great time and her help made traveling with our aging parents very easy! Thanks Mariah! We had a great time!

Jessica and Runway Travel are wonderful to work with. They helped me plan a fantastic stay at the Salamander for my 40th birthday with lots of thoughtful touches and perks along the way. From local getaways to big, international trips, I always appreciate how knowledgeable and responsive Jessica and her team are!

Mariah was so helpful. Everyone I spoke to at Runway Travel. We had a location (Charleston) and some ideas but we needed help. They came up with fun things to do. No fuss just show up! We had physical limitations and they adjusted accordingly. We went on this food tour and it was fantastic. More than enough food. We had to cancel due to an emergency. No fuss with that but we rebooked! The hotel was beautiful (The Lindy Renaissance). I will be using them again for sure!
