Made with Haku Vodka infused with vanilla bean, Mr. Black, cardamom bitters, and espresso, this cocktail is storied for the love of monkeys that Evelyn Fortune Bartlett—“the lady of Bonnet House”—shared with all who visited her home. Charmed by the beautiful animals she cared for throughout the years on the estate’s tropical grounds, monkeys were also celebrated in the whimsical paintings and sculptures she adoringly displayed.

The Vesper Martini at The Martini Bar: A sophisticated blend of gin, vodka, and a hint of Lillet Blanc, the Vesper Martini embodies timeless charm—perfectly shaken and served with a twist. Inspired by James Bond, as the Resort was a filming location for the 2006 hit Bond movie Casino Royale, guests love to come into the legendary Martini Bar and order a classic Vesper. Served most often by lead bartender Keith Cash, who has been with the property for more than 30 years, Cash was also recently named “Best Bartender in the Bahamas” by Caribbean Journal. Enjoy a classic Vesper or indulge in a mini martini flight, sampling a Vesper alongside two other favorites, such as a signature Passionfruit Chili martini and Hartford martini.
